Amanda Davies – Senior Caseworker, The Small Business Commissioner (OSBC) 

In her role, Amanda actions complaints in respect of late payment disputes from small businesses experiencing late payment issues with large businesses (50 or more employees) and who have not commenced legal action already.  This involves liaising directly with the respondent companies to assist in resolving the late payment issue.  As well as assisting small businesses with complaints and enquiries Amanda, along with her team also administers the Prompt Payment Code, a voluntary code of practice for small businesses, on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT).

The Small Business Commissioner (OSBC) is public body set up by the Government to tackle late payment and unfavourable payment practices in the UK private sector.
