  Steve Bedford

  Executive Director & Business Advisor

  Steve was appointed as Executive Director in September 2023 and is now responsible for the financial and strategic plans of the Agency and its subsidiary St Albans Property Services.
  
  Steve has held Operational and Marketing Director roles at two FTSE companies and set up the marketing consultancy specialist business, Conical for whom he continues to be a Director. Steve has very relevant experience that will be of considerable use to STANTA clients.

  Mark Fordham

  Business Advisor

  Mark spent his early career in small business banking with NatWest, then accountancy and audit. In 2003 Mark set up TaxAssist Accountants providing tax and accountancy services to small businesses. Mark grew this business quickly to 900 clients and 13 staff and successfully sold the business in 2012. Mark also holds a couple of non-executive director roles.
  
  Mark joined STANTA in 2016 as a business advisor and now uses his experience advising small businesses how to be successful and to keep and eye on costs and profit margins.

  Eva Lambe

  Operations Manager - Admin & Finance

  Eva co-manages the operations of St Albans Enterprise Agency and St Albans Property Services with an emphasis on administration and finance.

  Jeni Peacock

  Marketing & Operations Manager

  Jeni joined STANTA in 2024 to manage the marketing elements of STANTA and co-manage the operations of St Albans Enterprise Agency and St Albans Property Services.
  

Directors
