  Mel Hilbrown

  Executive Director and Business Advisor

  Mel joined STANTA in 2004 and has BA and MBA qualifications with over 20 years sales and marketing experience.
  
  Mel is responsible for the financial planning of the Enterprise Agency and its subsidiary St Albans Property Services. Mel is also a very experienced and effective business advisor having advised over 1,000 start-ups.

  Ginny Cooper

  Director of Operations

  Ginny joined STANTA in July 2000 initially as the Administrator. Over the years she has taken on more and more of the running of the Enterprise Agency and the premises. In February 2021, Ginny became Director of Operations in recognition of her responsibility for managing STANTA Business Centre, marketing, networking and overseeing the administration of the Business Advice service. Ginny's passion is networking and connecting businesses!

  Mark Fordham

  Business Advisor

  Mark spent his early career in small business banking with NatWest, then accountancy and audit. In 2003 Mark set up TaxAssist Accountants providing tax and accountancy services to small businesses. Mark grew this business quickly to 900 clients and 13 staff and successfully sold the business in 2012. Mark also holds a couple of non-executive director roles.
  
  Mark joined STANTA in 2016 as a business advisor and now uses his experience advising small businesses how to be successful and to keep and eye on costs and profit margins.

  Eva Lambe

  Senior Administrator

  Eva is the part-time Administrator and stands in for Ginny, in her absence. Eva's responsibilities are carrying out all the admin for STANTA's training courses and ensuring they are marketed on our website and our intermediary's websites. Eva is always calm and very helpful to tenants and clients.
