About this event
What is net zero carbon and what does it mean for us? Sustainable St Albans has developed a programme to support organisations to take climate action in your activities with two training workshops and on-hand support between. We help you understand your organisation’s role in the community effort to tackle climate change, make meaningful commitments and develop your own action plan.
Session 1: Thursday 14 October 2021 10-4pm
Training Day: What is net zero carbon and what does it mean for us? A practical training day to help your organisation create a ‘net zero carbon’ plan, and learn about the Council’s plans.
Session 2: Thursday 3 March 2022 10-4pm (date tbc)
Feedback and Peer Review Session: Share your draft net zero carbon plan and get input and feedback from your peers
Booking your place here will require you to attend both sessions and engage in the process of working towards your climate action plan in the interim. No previous experience or expertise is required.
