Business Planning Part 2 (Financials)

Any new business should have a business plan, so we strongly encourage business owners to attend this course, ideally having attended part 1 (1.30pm – 2.45pm on Tuesday 16th January).

This workshop will cover:

• Which legal structure is best for you
• Forecasting
• Funding
• Pricing your goods or services
• Record keeping
• Tax, NI & VAT

Practical examples will be shared drawn from real operating conditions.

Mark Fordham is a Business Advisor at STANTA. He was the owner of a highly successful accountancy practice, starting the business with a blank sheet of paper and was the Bronze Winner in the Franchisee of the Year competition. He now runs a successful consultancy practice advising businesses how to be successful.
