Business Planning Part 2: Financials

Any new business should have a business plan, so we strongly encourage business owners to attend this course, and attend part 1 (10am-11.30pm Tuesday 10th Nov 2026) though the order in which you attend each workshop is not important.
This workshop will cover:
- Which legal structure is best for you
- Forecasting
- Funding
- Pricing your goods or services
- Record keeping
- Tax, NI & VAT
Practical examples will be shared drawn from real operating conditions.
Your trainer:
Mark Fordham is a Business Advisor at STANTA. He was the owner of a highly successful accountancy practice, starting the business with a blank sheet of paper and was the Bronze Winner in the Franchisee of the Year competition. He now runs a successful consultancy practice advising businesses how to be successful.
