Business Planning Part 1

Any new business should have a business plan, so we strongly encourage business owners to attend this course – and part 2 (10.00am – 11.30am on Wednesday 11th Nov 2026) – which will cover the financial aspects.

Part 1 (10:00am-11.30am on Tuesday 10th Nov 2026)

This workshop will provide advice on:

• Tools and techniques that will help drive a successful business
• Identifying target markets
• Marketing planning
• Introduction to strategy formulation

Practical examples will be shared drawn from real operating conditions.

Steve Bedford is an Executive Director at STANTA. He has experience as a Director at a marketing strategy consultancy, and has held marketing and operations director roles at two FTSE businesses.

He is a former Course Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
