Creating new habits to reduce stress at work

This introductory workshop will address how we can reduce stress through our behaviour to what we think and feel and live life more fully.

Stress is (oh so) very common and often, the way we approach it can make us feel worse! What if there was another way? A way we could take the pressure off ourselves and live with more ease?

At our workshop, you can expect an introduction to everyday Mindfulness – we’ll be talking creating meaningful habits to reduce stress in the workplace (and in life in general). You’ll have the opportunity to have a go at various group exercises including meditation and choose what works for you. You will also have the opportunity to think about what you can take back to your staff to suit the environment in which you work.

You’ll be provided with meditation downloads and tools to use for future to take-away.
