Business Planning Part 1

Course aimed at:

Any new business should have a business plan, so we strongly encourage business owners to attend this course – and part 2 – which will cover the financial aspects.

This workshop will:

• provide a practical insight to the tools and techniques that will help drive a successful business
• Advise on identifying target markets
• Marketing planning
• Introduction to strategy formulation

Practical examples will be shared drawn from real operating conditions.

Steve Bedford is an Executive Director at STANTA. He has experience as a Director at a marketing strategy consultancy, and has held marketing and operations director roles at two FTSE businesses.

He is a former Course Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
